Hope is our Nurse Practitioner and Master Injector specializing in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, InstaLift, Lasers and much more! In addition to injectables, one of Hope’s favorite treatments is laser resurfacing, such as HALO! She has been trained by the leaders in the field and offers the highest level of care and transformative results for her patients, who frequently praise Hope for her “gentle touch.”
In addition to aesthetics, Hope assists in the surgical portion of the practice also. Hope performs surgical procedures such as scar revisions and skin lesion removal and assists Dr. Basile in the Operating Room. Hope manages post-operative care for patients and enjoys providing education, care, and guidance for patients throughout the post-operative process.
Hope graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and also with her Master’s of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner. Hope graduated from her master’s program with the highest honors as she was one of the top students in her class.
When Hope is not caring for patients at our practice, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family & friends, and going to the beach. Hope is an avid runner and enjoys playing beach volleyball, frisbee, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Theresa is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of North Florida in 2022. With more than three years of experience as an aesthetic injector and laser specialist, she has developed a reputation for combining clinical precision with artistic vision. Her true passion lies in enhancing natural beauty and witnessing the joy and renewed confidence on her patients’ faces when they see their results.
Before advancing her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Theresa spent over eight years as a registered nurse, specializing in cardiac care, neurosurgery, and intensive care. This foundation of critical care expertise has shaped her meticulous approach to patient safety and outcomes in aesthetics.
Beyond her professional life, Theresa is an avid long-distance runner and loves spending time near the water—whether boating or relaxing beachside. She also has a deep love for travel, with favorite destinations including Hawaii, Spain, and Costa Rica. A dedicated sports fan, she proudly supports Florida State University football—Go Noles!—and cheers on the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Linda considers herself a lifelong learner who is passionate about her work and enjoys giving patients amazing treatments with optimal results. Her favorite aspect about this industry is helping her patients feel better while performing the work she loves. She loves creating personalized treatment plans because CoolSculpting isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution—each patient’s journey is uniquely their own.
Outside of the office, Linda travels the East Coast teaching dance technique to children of all ages and levels. She is also a proud mom to two amazing young adults and enjoys working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with her husband, Mervyn.

Rachel is a certified Medical Aesthetician with a strong focus on advanced, results-driven skincare treatments. She holds professional certifications in ZO Skin Health, Hydrafacial, and SkinPen Microneedling, and is committed to helping people achieve healthy, radiant skin. Her personalized treatment plans are thoughtfully designed to be both effective and restorative, combining clinical skincare with therapeutic elements such as gentle massage, aromatherapy, and stress-relief techniques. Rachel strives to build confidence in her patients by delivering visible, lasting results and fostering long-term skin health.
Originally from Michigan, Rachel began her educational journey by earning an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Management. Four years ago, she relocated to Florida, where she pursued her passion for wellness and aesthetics. She continued her education at the Aveda Institute in Jacksonville, where she obtained her Esthetician License. Since then, she has committed herself to continuous learning through research, and hands-on training to expand her expertise in the aesthetics field. She has gained valuable experience in diverse settings, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of both holistic and clinical approaches to beauty and wellness.
Outside of the treatment room, Rachel loves staying active — whether it’s attending a new workout class, visiting farmers markets on the weekends, or soaking up the sunshine outdoors. She is also a proud dog mom and values quality time with her family!
Madeline is our Clinical Nurse! She helps start patients on their surgical journey during their consultation day and continues with their care for the duration with their pre-op and post-op appointments. In addition to surgical care, Madeline also sees patients for a variety of IV Therapy treatments as she helps them achieve their wellness goals.
Madeline earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with Honors at Georgia Southern University and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master’s of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Auburn University. Her nursing career has always been in the surgical field, ranging from pre-operative to acute in-patient pediatric post-operative care. Madeline has 4.5 years of experience working with a variety of surgical patients including pediatric orthopedic, trauma, plastic, general, ENT, and urology. She is always eager to learn and enjoys providing education and comfort to her patients through all phases of their care.
When Madeline is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She and her husband love being active, playing sports, going to the beach or out on the boat and enjoying the Florida sunshine! Fun fact: Madeline played division one soccer at Georgia Southern University.
